I am an autism mom and a BCBA and even though I KNOW the learning environment makes the biggest difference in behaviors and efficiency in routines, it's still so hard! The thing I love about this is the name and how to stack it before something fun or reinforcing! Sometimes all we need is to name a routine that we do consistently and "Tidy Time" works! 5 min is a very low demand that works for my family and the visual was a bonus! Thanks so much!

As a Mom of 5 with special needs kids, keeping the house clean felt impossible. Tidy Time really works! What I love is how simple and encouraging it is. She gets families like mine. No nagging, no overwhelm, just a concept that actually works. The kids fighting over who gets to be manager is proof enough. If you have special needs kids and cleaning feels impossible — this is worth grabbing.

A PERSONAL NOTE
I'm a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner and the founder of Good Enough Mamas. I help ADHD moms build systems they can actually stick with, so they can ditch the burnout and create homes that function without perfection.
But it hasn't always been this way.
For years, I was drowning. Too much stuff, too many commitments, high-needs kids, and zero systems that worked with my brain. I devoured every book on home management I could find, but nothing stuck for more than a week. With my perfectionism and ADHD, a single overfilled week meant I would give up entirely. And they were all overfilled weeks...
Everything changed with flossing. Seriously. A tiny 30-day challenge taught me that consistency beats intensity every time. If I could change my flossing habits (trust me when I say it was sensory torment for me), I could change anything. Not through willpower, I certainly didn't have enough of that, but through micro-shifts.
So I stopped trying to fix my whole life and started changing it in 5-minute increments. Thus began Tidy Time. It was our simple family ritual that worked with neurodivergent brains instead of against them.
Today, my home isn't spotless, but it's manageable. And I'm not exhausted and resentful anymore. I'm so excited to share this system with you so you can experience the same relief.
See you inside!
